The Moose Ponds Loop near Jenny Lake in Grand Teton National Park is an easy 3.2–3.5 mile hike with minimal elevation gain, starting from the South Jenny Lake trailhead. The trail winds through forests, meadows, and wetlands, circling two ponds that are prime spots to see moose, beavers, and other wildlife, especially early or late in the day. It’s a peaceful, family-friendly hike with great views of the Tetons and a good shorter option compared to the park’s more strenuous trails. I did see 2 moose near the ponds!
